We collect account information you provide, such as your name and email address, along with membership and billing status. If you sign in with Google or Apple, the identity provider may share basic profile information according to the permissions shown during sign-in.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure your account, provide member access, process subscriptions, deliver framework updates, respond to support requests, and protect the service from misuse.

Payments and authentication

Payments are processed by Stripe. Authentication is provided by Clerk and the identity provider you choose. The Uncharted Market does not directly store your complete payment-card details or your Google or Apple password.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the membership, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect the service. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations.

You may update your account information, choose a different sign-in method, cancel future subscription renewals, or request account and personal-data assistance by contacting us.
