These terms govern your use of The Uncharted Market website, paid membership, private frameworks, and member workspace.

Membership access

A paid membership provides access to private market frameworks, updates, and educational workspace features while the subscription remains active. Access is personal and may not be resold, shared, copied, or redistributed.

Educational purpose

The Uncharted Market provides independent market research and educational frameworks. It does not provide individualized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; execute trades; hold customer funds; or guarantee any result.

Risk acknowledgement

Markets involve uncertainty and loss is possible. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, position sizing, risk limits, and compliance with laws that apply to you. Past performance and documented examples do not guarantee future outcomes.

Billing and cancellation

The seven-day trial requires a payment method and automatically becomes a Navigate membership billed at $249 per month unless canceled before the trial ends. Other subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown during checkout until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal through the available billing-management process. Except where required by law, charges already processed are not automatically refundable.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the workspace, scrape restricted materials, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Service changes

Frameworks, features, availability, and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the website, workspace, or account contact information when appropriate.
